针对“医院购药群”安全用药的服务与指导

Service and Guidance for Safe Medication of Drug Purchase Population in Hospital

目的:为"医院购药群"安全用药提供服务与指导。方法:通过分析"医院购药群"的主要构成及其用药安全性,给出指导意见。结果与结论:"医院购药群"包括"慢性病"购药者、代购药者、"人情处方"购药者、离"医"购药者和其他购药者;应对抗菌药物、非甾体抗炎药、镇静催眠药、降糖降压降脂药的购药方面引起重视;药师应对常购药品的安全用药进行教育指导、对药品说明书中的"提示语"进行补充指导、对客观对待与预防药品的不良反应方面进行安全指导。

OBJECTIVE： To provide service and guidance for safe medication of drug purchase population in hospital. METHODS： The main composition of drug purchase population in hospital and their safe medication were analyzed to give advice. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Drug purchase population in hospital compose of chronic disease drugs purchaser, drug purchase agent, drug purchaser of prescription for consideration, drug purchaser without physician＇ s order and other groups. Great importance should be attached to the purchase of antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, sedative-hypnotics, hypoglycemics, anti-hypertensive drugs and anti-hyperlipidemia drugs. Pharmacists should provide guidance for safe medication of common purchased drugs, complement for cue of package insert, objective cognition and prevention of ADR.
