摘要
分析了短路过渡CO_2焊过程中焊丝和母材的受热机理,指出传统焊接工艺中以平均电流作为预测标准的局限性,提出了平均短路电流和平均燃弧电流的概念,并建立了焊接参数的采集与分析系统,用于对以上分析进行实验验证与讨论.结果表明,在短路过渡CO_2焊过程中,焊丝干伸长和熔滴过渡形式等设备和工艺参数对能量在母材和焊丝间的分配有很大影响.
The heating mechanism of both the filler for and the base metal inshort - circuiting CO_2 welding is studied. The concepts of 'Average Short Current' and 'Average for Current,, is proposed to substitute Average Current as the criterion for evaluating the heating of base metal. A sampling and analyzing system is established a testifying tool. Results of analysis and experiments show that some process parameters, shuch as wire extension and frequency of drop transformer, have great effect on the energy distribution between the base metal and the filler wire.
