摘要
由构造速度间断线模型入手,建立正挤压的流线方程,以便求得是流函数.然后由流函数导出塑变区的速度场及上限解.对速度间断线构造了两种基本模式一直线型及抛物线型;并以直线型为基本模式,用叠加方法消除速度间断线而建立无速度间断线的流函数;与视塑性法结果比较说明,无速度间断线的流函数可取得逼真的金属流型;并可得出较低估的上限解.
The flow line function and the flow function for extrusion were obtained from the construction of velocity discontinuity lines(VDL). The velocity field in the plastic deformation regions and the upper bound solution were deduced from the flow function. Two basic patterns of VDL, straight and parabolic, were proposed. The flow function without VDL was set up by surperimposing the basic flow function related to the straight VDL pattern to elimi nate VDL. The flow functon without VDL shows closely the metal flow in comparison with the result of viscoplasticity, and foe corresponding upper hound solution is lower.
