摘要
研究了不同界面状态对 GMT- PP复合材料(Glass Mat Reinforced Thermoplastic)层间剪切强 度、弯曲强度及模量、压缩强度及模量、冲击强度等力学性能的影响.实验结果表明,基体中填加光 引发和BPO引发的马来酸酐(MAH)接枝聚丙烯(PP)且玻纤(GF)表面用硅烷偶联剂处理可显著提 高复合材料界面强度,进而提高其宏观力学性能.
The effects of different interfacial states on mechanical Properties of GMT - PP sheet composites such as, ILSS, flexural strength and modulus, compressive strength and modulus, impact properties were investigated. The results showed that the interfacial strength of GMF - PP composites was increased by adding MAH - gPP, produced by initiation methods of UV - irradiation, r - irradiation and BPO, to matrix and treating surface of glass fiber with counting agent.
