西部民族地区农村金融运行机制分析——以湖北恩施土家族苗族自治州为例

An Analysis of the Rural Financial Operational Mechanism of Western Minority Areas——Taking Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Hubei Province

农村金融对地区经济发展具有强大的促进作用,而农村金融改革与创新的重点在于运行机制,只有对现行运行机制中不符合新农村建设要求的方面进行改革,农村金融才能更好地为新农村建设服务。笔者在构建农村金融运行机制理论体系基础上,以恩施州实证调研为依据,对西部民族地区农村金融的运行机制进行剖析,并提出相关建议。

Rural finance plays a strong role in promoting regional economic development,furthermore,the rural financial reform and innovation puts an emphasis on operational mechanism.Only if rural finance restructures the aspects of current operational mechanism that are not in accordance with the requirements of the new countryside construction can rural finance serve the new countryside construction better.Based on building a theoretical system of rural financial operational mechanism,this paper analyzes the rural financial operational mechanism of western minority areas by taking Enshizhou empirical research as an evidence,and comes up with relevant recommendations.
