高校辅导员是日常思想政治教育的主力军,其职业活动的运行过程直接关系思想政治教育的实际效果。本研究通过深入分析高校辅导员职业活动运行机理的基本内涵,科学把握职业运行系统的基本构成,集中探讨职业运行过程的接收反馈机理、集散整合机理、转化创新机理、参与互动机理和横纵联动机理,为进一步加强和改进辅导员工作提供理论借鉴。

College students＇ counselors are the main forces of daily ideological and political education.The operating process of their vocational activities concerns the actual result of ideological and political education.Through the profound analysis of the basic connotation of operational mechanism of counselors＇ vocational activities,this paper scientifically grasps the construction of the operational system,concentrates on the reception-feedback mechanism,collecting-distributing-integrating mechanism,transformation-innovation mechanism,participation-interaction mechanism and horizontal-vertical linkage mechanism,which provides theoretical reference for strengthening and improving counselors＇ work.
