摘要
高校辅导员对于培养国家社会主义事业建设者以及维护高校乃至社会的稳定都起着重要的作用。辅导员角色自我觉知对于激发辅导员的角色认同感、责任感、使命感,唤醒辅导员自主自为自律,具有极为重要的价值与意义。本研究从辅导员视角出发,依据社会学的角色理论、当代反思观等,深入探讨辅导员角色自我觉知的内涵、形成过程及其实现途径,以促进辅导员实现角色自我觉知,向着更高的职业境界自觉、能动、可持续地发展。
College students' counselors play important roles in cultivating all those who work for the cause of socialism,and maintaining stability of universities,colleges and the whole society.Counselors' self-awareness is of virtually important value and significance to stimulating the acceptance of their roles,enhancing their sense of responsibility and vocation,and arousing the autonomy and self-control for their work.From counselors' viewpoint and based on the'role theory' of sociology and contemporary reflection philosophy,this paper profoundly explores the connotation of counselors' self-awareness,formative process and realization approaches so as to promote self-awareness of their roles and help them to develop autonomously,actively and sustainably towards higher professional realm.
