摘要
从辅导员主体论的视野看,高校辅导员的审美自觉实质上是一种超越社会功利,实现自我全面发展的人格品质和理想状态。深入把握揭示高校辅导员审美自觉的基本内涵和形成规律,系统解读辅导员审美自觉所具有政治美向人本美、自我中心向非自我中心、欣赏美向创造美转化的内在特征,以期实现对于当前高校辅导员审美人格形象的全新塑造,实现合规律性与合目的性的内在统一。
In terms of college students＇ counselors＇ subjectivities,counselors＇ aesthetic consciousness is essentially a kind of personality trait and ideal state which surpass social utility and achieve all-round development of counselors themselves.This paper aims at revealing the basic connotation and forming rules of counselors＇ aesthetic consciousness.By means of interpreting the inherent characteristics that counselors＇ aesthetic consciousness transforms from politics-oriented beauty to humanism-oriented beauty,self-centered to not self-centered,and beauty appreciating to beauty creating,this paper expects to shape an entirely new personality profile of current college students＇counselors,thus realizing the conformity of law and aim.
