摘要
笔者介绍了情绪障碍元认知测量的理论基础——自我调节执行功能模型,以及相应的测量工具,如元认知问卷、强迫信念问卷、思维融合问卷、仪式动作问卷、停止信号问卷等。工具中存在测题对元认知结构反映不足、问卷之间相互包含、问卷适用范围不明确、样本代表性不强等问题。可做如下改进:细化测题对元认知结构的反映;增强测量工具对元认知模型的反映;明确测量工具的适用范围,提高测题对心理障碍的区分度;提高临床样本的比例等。
This article described the Self-Regulatory Executive Function(S-REF)model of emotional disorder,as well as corresponding metacognitive measuring tools,such as Meta-cognitions questionnaire,Obsessive Beliefs Questionnaire,the Thought Fusion Instrument,Beliefs about Rituals Inventory,Stop Signals Questionnaire.However,some limitations were found in these measures,including insufficient in the reflection of metacognitive structure,intersection between the questionnaires,indefinite applicability of questionnaires,weak representativeness of the sample.In order to improve the research level,we could separate items in the reflection of the metacognitve structure in detail,enhance the reflection of the metacognitive model of emotional disorder,specify the applicability of questionnaires to improve the distinction of emotional disorder,increase the proportion of clinical samples.
