摘要
在上海地铁13号线上穿地铁4号线施工期隧道变形实测数据分析的基础上,探讨在施工扰动影响下的隧道变形机理,得出穿越扰动导致隧道隆起变形,隧道隆起变形存在滞后,盾构穿越完成后第51天隧道隆起变形趋于收敛等规律.盾构穿越后隧道隆起变形量占隧道累计隆起变形量的40%~65%.二次穿越施工扰动延长了隧道隆起变形的稳定时间,增加了隧道累计隆起变形量.盾构穿越施工的影响范围为4倍的施工盾构直径(4D),隧道纵向变形曲线近似成正态分布,反弯点位置在2D左右,最大累计隆起变形出现在沿4号线隧道方向的投影相交点位置.
The deformation mechanism of existing tunnel was analyzed based on the monitoring data analysis of M13 crossing M4 in shanghai. Results showed that the deformation of tunnel was caused by the construction disturbance and was convergent after 51 days. The heave deformation of tunnel after construction accounted for 40%-65~ of the cumulative deformation of tunnel. The second crossing construction disturbance delayed the convergence time of heave deformation and increased the cumulative heave deformation of tunnel. The range of disturbing effect was four times of the shield diameter (4D). The longitudinal deformation curve of tunnel was approximately normal function distribution. The distance of inflection point was 2D. Along the tunnel direction of M4, the maximum of heave deformation was in the middle of the two crossing point.
