虎杖的抗氧化作用在糖尿病血管病变的价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨虎杖对糖尿病模型大鼠血管内皮的保护作用。方法:链脲佐菌素注射配合高脂高糖饮食建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为糖尿病模型组,虎杖高剂量组,虎杖低剂量组,二甲双胍组,另设空白正常对照组。分别用蒸馏水及不同药物干预,6周之后处死,取血清,观测及氧化应激水平。结果:与模型组比较,虎杖高低剂量组MDA水平降低,SOD水平升高,具有显著性差异;与二甲双胍组比较,无明显差异。结论:虎杖可增加SOD表达,降低MDA水平,能保护或延缓糖尿病及其血管病变的发生发展。
