溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死68例临床分析

Thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial infarction of 68 Cases

目的:对于溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死68例进行临床分析。方法:本组138例随机分为治疗组68例,对照组70例,对照组予以吸氧、镇静、止痛、扩张冠脉,纠正心律失常等治疗。治疗组除给予以上治疗外,还给予溶栓治疗。结果:经急救治疗1h后,对照组32例临床症状明显好转,轻度好转13例,缓解不明显15例,无效10例,达导管时血管开通率35%,治疗组44例临床症状明显好转,轻度好转20例,缓解不明显2例,无效2例。随访1个月,治疗组较对照组病死率降低30%。结论:溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死效果良好。

Objective： Thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial infarction clinical analysis of 68 cases. Methods： 138 cases 68 cases were randomly,divided into treatment group and control group 70 patients in the control group received oxygen, sedation, pain relief, expansion of coronary artery to cor- rect arrhythmia treatment. Treatment group in addition to the above treatment, also given thrombolytic therapy. Results： After first aid treatment of lh, the control group significantly improved chnical symptoms of 32 cases, mild improvement in 13 cases, rehef was not obvious in 15 cases, 10 cases were ineffective, catheter patency rate up to 35% in the treatment group significantly improved clinical symptoms of 44 cases, mild improvement in 20 cases, no obvious remission, 2 cases in 2 cases. 1 month follow-up treatment group than the control group mortality was reduced by 30%. Conclusion： The effect of thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial infarction good.
