摘要
目的:为了更好的使药物服务于临床,用药更加合理。方法:我们采取查阅临床PASS系统(药物咨询及用药安全监测系统)医嘱,对用药进行分析。结果:对一些较常出现的问题进行总结,并和医生进行面对面的交流,以达到减少用药缺陷。结论:提高用药的安全性、准确性,降低药物不良反应的发生,避免发生医疗纠纷。
OBJECTIVE：To facilitate rational drug use for the benefits of clinic treatment.METHODS：We retrieved medical orders in clinical PASS system（Drug Consultatio and Drug Safety monitoring system） and analyzed the drug use.RESULTS：Some common problems encountered in medical orders were summarized and a face to face communication with doctors were performed in an effort to reduce the incidence of medication defects.CONCLUSION：It is important to improve safety and accuracy of medication while reducing the occurrence of adverse drug reactions to avoid medical disputes
