宫颈Leep术后局部应用康复新液治疗的临床研究

Clinical research of local application of Kangfuxi liquid treatment after cervical Leep surgery

目的:探讨宫颈Leep术后的治疗方法,防止宫颈Leep术后的出血、感染、宫颈粘连、狭窄等术后并发症。方法:选择50例宫颈疾病的患者,Leep术后局部应用康复新液浸润无菌纱布填塞宫颈创面。结果:患者术后无阴道严重出血、感染、宫颈粘连、狭窄现象,预后良好。结论:康复新液联合Leep术治疗宫颈疾病,明显减少术后并发症,缩短宫颈愈合时间,减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective To investigate the effect of Kangfuxi liquid to prevent bleeding,infection,cervical adhesions,stenosis and other postoperative complications after cervical Leep.Method Total 50 patients with cervical disorders,the cervical wound was packed with sterile gauze of Kangfuxi after Leep surgery.Results The patients without severe vaginal bleeding,infection,cervical adhesions,narrow phenomenon,with a good prognosis.Conclusion Kangfuxi liquid combined with Leep treating cervical disease,can significantly reduce complications and shorten the healing time of the cervix,reduce the patients＇ pain.
