肺血栓栓塞症48例治疗观察

Analysis of treatment of 48 cases with PTE

目的:探讨肺血栓栓塞症(PTE)的治疗方法,提高对PTE的治愈率。方法:对敦化市医院2001年1月～2006年12月期间48例PTE患者的治疗方法进行回顾及分析,治疗方法采取溶栓和(或)抗凝治疗。结果:PaO2溶栓前后比较和CTPA溶栓前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:PTE经溶栓和(或)抗凝治疗能较快改善缺氧症状,提高氧分压,加速血栓溶解,改善预后。

Objective To search for the treatment methods of PTE,to improve the cure rate.Method The treatment methods of 48 cases with PTE were retrospectively analyzed,and the main treatments were thrombolytic and/or anticoagulant therapy.Results The differences were significant in the comparison of PaO2 and CTPA before and after thrombolytic therapy（P0.01）.Conclusion Thrombolytic and anticoagulant therapy for PTE can rapidly improve lack of oxygen,elevate the oxygen pressure,accelerate thrombolysis,and the curative effect will be improved.
