摘要
目的:探讨广谱抗生素对肠道微生态的影响,以寻求感染性疾病患者抗生素应用中腹泻的有效预防方法。方法:对136例应用抗生素治疗的感染性疾病患者,分别在抗生素治疗前及治疗后第3、7、14天采集粪便,用荧光定量PCR的方法检测肠道菌群的变化。结果:应用抗生素治疗过程中,肠道菌群发生明显改变,粪便中双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌及大肠杆菌较治疗前显著减少(P<0.01)。结论:广谱抗生素对肠道菌群影响明显,必须合理使用,避免滥用;对必须应用抗生素治疗的感染性疾病的患者应及早应用微生态制剂。
Objective To investigate the effect of wide-spectrum antibiotics on the microflora in patients of infectious diseases.Method Stool samples was collected before treatment and 3,7,14 days after treatment in 136 cases with infectious diseases,and changes in the intestinal microflora was detected by quantitative PCR method.Results In the treatable process of using antibiotics,the intestinal microflora changed obviously.Conclusion Antibiotics have an obvious effect on the the intestinal microflora,so we must use it reasonably and avoid abusing it.Besides,we should apply micro-ecology medicine to the suffers who must use antibiotics to treat in time.
