羟苯磺酸钙、血塞通、依那普利联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病27例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨血塞通、羟苯磺酸钙与依那普利等联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选择糖尿病肾病早期患者54例,随机分为治疗组27例,对照组27例。两组均使用饮食控制、运动、降糖等基础治疗,治疗组以血塞通400mg加入生理盐水中静脉滴注,1次/d,半月后改为口服血塞通片剂0.1,3次/d,羟苯磺酸钙500mg,3次/d,依那普利5mg,1次/d。对照组依那普利5mg,1次/d。30d后观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后疗效明显优于对照组。结论:血塞通、羟苯磺酸钙与依那普利结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病,有降低糖尿病肾病尿蛋白,延缓和阻止肾功能不全发生、发展的作用。
