通过对不同生长温度下嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌核苷磷酸化酶活性的测量。
The activities of nucleoside phosphorylases at different growth temperature are measured here. Through the experiment, the possibility of temperature upshift to be an effective induction method is discussed.
