摘要
本文采用三套同核异质不育系与5个恢复力不同的恢复系按P×Q模式配组、分5期播种的试验设计,在AMMI模型分析结实率稳定性的基础上,进一步剖析了不育胞质、保持系、恢复系及其工作的各种遗传效应。
On the basis of analyzing stability of seed setting of hybrid rice with AMMI model, this paper was concerned in analysis on genetic effects for male sterile cytoplasms (CMS) , maintainers, restorer lines and their interactions to stability of seed setting of hybrid rice, which was created by 9 alloplasmic and heteronuclear CMS lines developing from our institute crossing with 5 restorer lines of difference in restorerability, according to the imcomplete diallel cross method and design sowing at different date. The results showed that 1) the interaction between genotype of seed setting of hybrid rice and environment of sowing date was highly significant, which showed the importance of the analysis of the stability. The stability among combinations had bigger differences. 2) The stability was controlled by general combining ability (g.c.a) of maintainers and restorer lines and special combining ability (s.c.a) of crosses, and the g.c.a was more important than the s.c.a. The g.c.a of CMS was not significant, but the s.c.a of CMS with restorer line was significant. Improving maintainers and restorer lines and selecting crosses were taken advantage of stability increasing of hybrid rice seed setting, and improving restorer lines had better results 3) The h^2B and h^2N of seed setting stability were 57.55% and 36.49% respectively, both were lower, especially. 4) The negative correlation between stability value (D) and percentage of seed setting was significant, which showed that the stability increasing was helpful for the rising of the percentage of seed setting. 5) In order to develop combination of stabler seed setting, it was necessary that there was one of parents of higher g.c,a in stability of seed setting at least.
