摘要
选用清洁级SD及Wistar大鼠。根据2个品系大鼠组织相容性测定结果,以雄性SD大鼠为受体,雌性Wistar大鼠为供体。于SD大鼠背部造成10%~15%体表面积的三度烧伤创面,伤后3d切痂并行大张异体皮移植,术后3d异体皮移植成活后,在其上开窗并嵌植自体小皮片,以后分别于切痂及异体皮移植术后4、7、14、21、28d(即混合移植术后1、4、11、18、25d)给创面换药,肉眼观察创面情况并作组织学观察。结果,烧伤创面最终完全为自体皮所覆盖。
Two strains of histoincompatible outbred rats, male SD rats (as graft recipient) and female Wistar rats (as skin donor) were used. The back of SD rats was burned in third degree by hot pressing and a large piece of allograft from Wistar rats transplantation was performed 3 days after burn. Then the dressing at the operative sites was changed at 4, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after operation. The results indicated that this model not only resembles the clinical procedures in treatment of severe burn but also has lower mortality of skingraft. The model is stable and reproducible.
