手术延误的原因分析及对策

Analysis of delayed surgical operations and preventive measures

目的探讨手术延误的原因,并提出相应的护理对策。方法随机抽取2009年6-12月本院手术患者2000例,应用《手术护理记录单》和《手术延误问卷调查表》对2000例手术患者进行调查,了解手术延误的原因。结果 162例患者发生手术延误,延误率8.1%。分析手术延误的原因与以下因素有关:术前准备不充分(21.0%),接送患者耽误(7.4%),手术医生未准时到达手术室(19.7%),麻醉准备时间长(4.9%),术中等待病理时间长(22.2%),手术器械不齐备(16.0%)。结论针对手术延误的原因提出相应的对策,对缩短手术延误时间、提高手术室工作效率及手术间周转率至关重要。

Objective To investigate the causes of surgical delay and come up with corresponding nursing strategies. Method Surgical Care Records and A Questionnaire on Delayed Surgery were used to looked into the histories of 2 000 patients so as to find out the reasons for the delay surgery. Results Among all patients, the surgical operations were delayed in 162 of them, with a rate of 8.1%. The reasons were inadequate preoperative preparation （21.0%）, delay at patient transportation （7.4%）, lateness of the surgeons （19.7%）, long preparation for anesthesia（4.9%）, long time for intraoperative freezing dissected specimens （22.2%）, poor preparation for surgical instrument （16.0%）. Conclusion To shorten the delay time of surgery according to those factors is critical for the improvement of the efficiency at the operating room and the turnover of the operating rooms.
