抚触对四肢骨折患儿术后疼痛程度的影响

目的探讨抚触对四肢骨折患儿术后疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2009年2-12月在本科室行四肢骨折手术的患儿65例,按照手术周次分为抚触组35例和对照组30例。对照组接受常规护理,抚触组在此基础上实施抚触护理。比较两组患儿术后疼痛程度及血压、心率的变化。结果抚触组患儿疼痛程度轻于对照组,血压和心率低于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论抚触能有效缓解四肢骨折术后患儿的疼痛程度,有利于患儿血压及心率的平稳。

Objective To investigate the impact of caressing on postoperative pain from limb fractures in children. Methods 65 children with limb fractures undergoing treatment in our department during February to December in 2009 were assigned into caressing group and control group equally according to operative week. The control group received routine nursing care and the former group were managed with caressing apart from routine nursing care. Then the two groups were compared in terms of pain degree and the changes in blood pressure and heart rate. Result The degree of pain in the caressing group was significantly lowered than that in the control group and so it was with the blood pressure and heart rate （P 0.01）. Conclusions Caressing may effectively relieve postoperative pain from limb fractures in children. It′s helpful for the stability of blood pressure and heart rate.
