本文综述了从海鞘中发现的约８０种具有抗肿瘤活性的化合物，包括其结构、活性、来源等。对其中较重要者的作用机理作了比较详细的介绍。
About 80 antineoplastic compounds from ascidians have been reviewed with emphasis on the antitumor mechanisms of some important ones as well as their structures, activities and sources.
