SPARC在特发性肺纤维化的研究进展

Research progress of SPARC in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

摘要 富含半胱氨酸的酸性分泌蛋白为一种多功能糖蛋白,其可通过调节细胞与细胞外基质相互作用、促成纤维细胞增殖分化及调节血管生成等作用影响肺纤维化发生发展过程,在肺纤维化进程中可能起促进作用. Secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine is a multifunctional glycoprotein. It can influence the development of pulmonary fibrosis by regulating the interactions of cell and extracellular matrix, promoting the proliferation and differentiation of fibroblast,and regulating the angiogenesis. It may play a role in the process of pulmonary fibrosis.
