摘要
运用活体观察和蛋白银法染色对在青岛太平角贝类养殖场发现的一自由生活寡毛类纤毛虫新种拟卡氏异游虫Heterostrombidiumparacalkinsinov.spec.的活体形态及纤毛图式做了全面研究.本种的主要特征为:虫体近圆球形,领区突起不明显,活体l(27~43)μm×b(30~43)μm;领区小膜15~17片,口区小膜7~9片,背部有3片用以固着的小膜;赤道动基列不闭合,含44~56对毛基粒,赤道后动基列含8~16对毛基粒;大、小核各一枚.
A new marine oligotrichous ciliate Heterostrombidium paracalkinsi nov. spec. was isolated from a mariculture water of the Qingdao coast. Detailed structure was described from the specimens based on living observations and silver staining technique. The diagnosis is described as: Small spherical marine Heterostrombidium in vivo about l (27~43)μm× b (30~43)μm; 15~17 collar and 7~9 buccal membranelles; 3 dorsal attachment membranelles connected to No. 8~10 collar membranelles; equatorial girdle kinety slightly opened on ventral surface, composed of 44~56 pairs of basal bodies; posterior girdle kinety with 8~16 pairs of basal bodies; macronucleus and micronucleus one for each, macronucleus ovoid and micronucleus spherical. The new species differs from the single known species of Heterostrombidium calkinsi (Faur Fremiet, 1932) Song, 1999 in the number of dorsal attachment membranelles (3 vs. 2), body shape (spherical vs. elongated ellipsoid shaped), and absence of the anterior distinct protrusion (vs. distinct). One holotype (TPJ~960416~01) slide is deposited in the Laboratory of Protozoology, College of Fisheries, Ocean University of Qingdao, China.
