不同添加剂对淮南麻黄鸡抗冷应激能力的影响

Effects of Different Kinds of Additives on Resistance of Cold Stress in Huainan Spotted-Yellow Chicken

研究不同添加剂对淮南麻黄鸡冷应激处理时血液中激素水平的动态变化和冷应激处理后淮南麻黄鸡生长发育的影响。将480只40日龄的淮南麻黄鸡随机分为6组,第1～4组为冷应激试验组,分别在日粮和饮水中加入中草药、复合添加剂、营养成分和生理调节剂,第5组为冷应激对照组,第6组为非冷应激对照组。结果表明,第1组采食量显著高于第3、4、5和6组(P<0.01),第3组饮水量显著高于第4、5和6组(P<0.05)。淮南麻黄鸡血清三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)的含量与冷应激时间呈极显著的正相关关系(P<0.01)。冷应激处理后,不同处理组间淮南麻黄鸡血液中T3、T4、FT3和FT4的含量发生了变化,不同处理组的FT4、T4、T3和FT3分别于第1、2、4 d和4 d出现了显著性差异(P<0.05)。冷应激处理后淮南麻黄鸡的生长发育以第1组最佳,第2组较差。当鸡处于冷应激状态时,在日粮中加入中草药,有助于提高机体的抗应激能力。

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of four kinds of additives on the dynamic change of blood hormone during cold stress and growth and development after cold stress in Huainan spotted-yellow chicken.480 chickens were selected and randomly allocated to six treatment groups.The diets containing Chinese herbs and compound additives were given to feed group one and group two,respectively.The drinking water containing nutrition component and physiological regulator were employed for group three and group four,respectively.The basic diet were used for group five considered as control group during cold stress and group six fed in the normal temperature.The results showed that,the feed intake of group one was significantly higher than that of group three,four,five and six（P0.01） and drinking amount of group three was higher than that of group four five and six（P0.05）.The concentrations of triiodothyronine（T3）,free triiodothyronine（FT3）,free thyroxine（FT4） in the serum and the treatment time of cold stress were positively correlated（P0.01）.There were difference among these group on the changing concentrations of T3,T4,FT3 and FT4 in the serum at the first,second,fouth and fouth day（P0.05）,respectively.The growth and development of group one was the best and that was the worst of group two among these groups.When the chickens were exposed to cold stress,Chinese herbs added in the diet could improve the ability of resistance of cold stress.
