水生微宇宙中混合重金属Cd对Pb在鲫鱼体内积累的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了混合重金属离子Cd对水生微宇宙中Pb在鲫鱼内脏、骨、鳃和肌肉中积累的影响。结果表明,混合重金属离子相互作用对Pb离子在鲫鱼组织中积累的影响不仅与离子的浓度有关,同时还与组织的类型有关。Cd的存在增加了Pb在鲫鱼内脏中的积累,浓度越高,Cd的促进作用越强。Cd的存在使得Pb在鲫鱼肌肉中的积累降低,而在骨中的积累无影响。当Pb的浓度较高时,Cd的存在减少了Pb在鲫鱼鳃中的积累;当Pb的浓度较低时,Cd对Pb在鱼鳃中的积累影响无显著差异。重金属离子Cd与Pb的相互作用不会改变Pb在鲫鱼组织中的分布规律,Pb在鲫鱼组织中的积累顺序为骨>鱼鳃>内脏>肌肉。 The effect of interactions of Pb and Cd on accumulation of lead in purtenance,bone,gill and muscle in Carassius auratus were studied in simulated aquatic microcosm.The accumulation of lead is related to metallic concentration and fish tissues.The accumulation of lead was affected greatly by the action of cadmium,increased in the purtenance with cadmium,but decreased in the muscle.The metal mixture could not affect the accumulation of Pb in the bone.Accumulation of lead was decreased in the gill under higher level of Pb(2.6mg/L) treatment.Under conditions of low Pb concentrations(0.26mg/L),the action of cadmium has no significant effects on the accumulation of lead in the gill.The other metals could not change the accumulation order of the lead in the tissues,which was bonegillpurtenancemuscle.
