干红酒用葡萄品种浆果产量和新梢生长势、叶面积呈极显著正相关，且梅鹿辄品种的相关性大于赤霞珠品种。浆果质量和新梢生长势、叶面积间相关分析不显著。本文对影响浆果产量和质量的相关因子及生产中有关问题进行了讨论。
