摘要
1994~1998年,在干旱、中等湿度和高温、高湿地区,对目前主栽的山葡萄品种左山一、左山二、双丰、双优和双红的区域试验结果表明:在干旱地区生产栽培的山葡萄产量、抗病力和品质明显高于中等湿度和高温、高湿地区。其中:果穗重平均提高4.8%~13.05%,果粒重提高7.8%~19.1%,座果率提高4.28%~11.20%,含糖量提高2.72~3.69度,结果枝率提高4.04%~4.78%,总酸降低0.22%~0.39%,霜霉病害、病情指数降低10.29%和39.11%。两性花品种双红、双优、双丰分别增产7.79%~26.44%,但雌能花品种左山一和左山二在高温、高湿地区表现座果率低,并大幅度减产。酿酒山葡萄在我国最佳栽培生态区是:气候干燥少雨、光照充足、昼夜温差大的地区。
