摘要
为解决对军事需求理解和描述不统一的问题,从一般意义上探讨了军事需求的概念和特点,并借鉴体系结构框架理论建立了军事需求的多层次多视图结构框架。给出了军事需求总体框架的形式化描述,依次建立了描述军事需求之使命的任务视图、能力视图、系统视图和技术视图的产品体系,最后对军事需求多层次多视图描述中涉及的关键问题进行了分析。建立的描述框架可为军事需求理论研究和实践提供有益的参考。
To deal with the discordance in understanding and describing military requirements,the concept and characteristics of military requirements are discussed,and the multi-level and multi-view structure is built based on the architecture framework theory.Then the formalized description of a general military requirement framework is proposed,the products are presented to describe mission view,capability view,system view and technical view for military requirements.Finally,the key points involved are analyzed.The results could provide beneficial reference to the theoretical research and practice of military requirements.
