A Review of the Procedural System in the Chinese Soviet Republic

中华苏维埃共和国虽然存在时间不长,却在政权建设方面作了许多有益尝试,为保障工农民主权利和巩固新生政权,摸索出了一整套颇具特色的诉讼制度,比如以四级两审终审为主的审判制度、巡回法庭制度、审判合议制度、人民陪审员制度等,这些制度为新中国社会主义诉讼制度的形成和发展提供了宝贵的经验。

The Chinese Soviet Republic did not exist for a long time,but it made lots of beneficial attempts in regime construction.A set of procedural systems with Chinese characteristics,e.g.,the four-level adjudication system with the second instance being the final instance,the circuit court system,the collegiate system,the people＇s assessors sytem,etc.,were designed to guarantee the democratic rights of workers and peasants and consolidate the new regime.These systems provided valuable experiences for the forming and development of the socialist procedural system of the new China.
