土地革命时期毛泽东对农民土地权力的探索

Mao Zedong's Exploration in Peasant's Land Rights during the Period of Agrarian Revolution

土地革命初期没有确定农民土地的所有权,影响到农民的生产积极性。1930年9月中共六届三中全会决议土地改革后,不禁止土地买卖和出租。毛泽东同志在1931年2月依照中央上述决定,在给江西省苏维埃的信《民权革命中的土地私有制度》中,全面阐明关于确定农民土地所有权的各项政策界限,最后说明从这一变化中受到的启示。

The peasants＇ ownership of land was not established in the early stage of the agrarian revolution,which affected their activity in production.In the Third Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee of the CPC in September 1930,it was resolved that land transaction and rent would not be prohibited after the agrarian revolution.In his letter to the Soviet Government of Jiangxi Province in February 1931,the Private Ownership of Land in Civil Rights Revolution,Mao Zedong,according to the aforesaid resolution of the CPC Central Committee,comprehensively interpreted the policies of peasants＇ ownership of land.
