How to enhance the effectiveness of party spirit education based on its pertinence under the new historical conditions？ It is a question that must be answered by the CPC organizations of all levels and all the CPC members.According to the investigation we find that： the CPC Chaling County Committee and the CPC Yanling County Committee have carried out the work of party spirit education according to its new tasks,new requirements and new characteristics in the new period,and have summed up beneficial experiences and methods.This provides some enlightenment and references for enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of party spirit education.
