To accelerate the transformation of economic development mode is an important strategic policy enacted by the Central Government,and the performance evaluation mechanism is a baton for this transformation.To build up a performance evaluation mechanism promoting the transformation of economic development mode,we ought to do well the following jobs： in the operation of performance evaluation,emphasis should be transformed from ＂process normalization＂ to ＂result application＂;in the indexes of performance evaluation,from ＂economic growth＂ indexes to ＂comprehensive＂ indexes;in the primary method of performance evaluation;from ＂internal evaluation＂ to ＂third-party evaluation＂;and in the institution of performance evaluation,from ＂government guarantee＂ to ＂law guarantee＂.
