摘要
在干部培训中要引入项目管理的理念和方法,实行培训精细化管理。牢固树立"先有需求、后有项目"的需求导向意识,深入开展培训需求调研。牢固树立唯一性、独特性、创新性的"项目"理念,积极研发、科学设计培训项目计划。牢固树立整合管理、矩阵管理、柔性管理、风险管理、结果导向、团队作战的"项目管理"理念,以及相应的全局观、民主观、团队观、业绩观、知识观和效率观,精心实施培训项目。
The idea and methods of program management should be introduced into cadre training to realize lean management of training.The concept of demand orientation,"demand first,program following",should be established firmly and investigation of training requirement should be performed widely.The program ideas of exclusiveness,uniqueness and innovativeness should be built up firmly,and the training program should be planned scientifically.The program management ideas of integrated management,matrix management,soft management,risk management,result orientation and teak work as well as correct views on overall situation,democracy,team,performance,knowledge and efficiency should be built up firmly to implement training programs elaborately.
