摘要
井冈山精神内涵博大精深,是我们宝贵的精神财富。本文试图从井冈山精神中寻找出与当代中国法治实践的契合点,简要提炼出井冈山精神中对当代法治建设有意义的部分,及井冈山精神中坚定的信仰、实事求是、依靠群众思想对我国当代法治实现的启示。
The Jinggangshan spirit has profound connotations,being valuable spiritual treasure of Chinese people.This paper aims to find some points in the Jinggangshan spirit that fit for the practice of rule of law,refine the part of the spirit that is meaningful for the development of rule of law,and figure out the enlightenment of the thoughts of firm faith,being realistic and relying on the masses for the actualization of rule of law in contemporary China.
