摘要
文章介绍了由华南理工大学制糖教研组改进的气浮新方法的特色及近几年来在糖厂的使用效果.文章同时列举了大量的实际数据,这些数据充分说明:气浮新方法是提高糖厂的产品质量和煮炼收回的好途径.
This paper introduces a modified floating technology for the syrup clarification during sugar producting season. The characters of this new method as well as the applied results are presented. Large amount of the practical data shows that this modified floating process is a good way to improve the product quality and increase the sugar recovery.
