摘要
在“重访三种文化中的幼儿园”研究中,对来自中国几个大城市的学前教育工作者的访谈发现,受西方先进教育观念和实践方法的影响,教师们尊重儿童的意识强烈,并为之付出了巨大努力.但对如何理解以及在实践中如何贯彻这种理念仍感到困惑。我们需要从尊重儿童和教师的角度,从文化发展的视角来理解尊重。研究者可以就教师对尊重儿童和儿童尊重教师的理解作集中研究,对儿童关于尊重的观念和行为进行细致研究,对儿童成长为尊重他人和受人尊重的公民的社会化过程进行深入而广泛的研究,还要关注来自儿童家庭的影响。
In the study "Preschool in Three Cultures Revisited", interviews with preschool workers from several major cities of China revealed that influenced by western educational concept and practice, teachers had strong awareness of respecting children and made great effort to do so. However, they were still confused about how to understand and implement this concept. We need to interpret respect from a cultural aspect and from the aspect of respecting both children and teachers. The researcher can make focused study on teachers' respect of children and vice versa; he can make intensive study on children's idea and behavior of respect and he can also make extensive and deep assessment on children's socialization of growing into respectful and respectable citizens. And meanwhile attentions should also be given to influences from the family.
