外来务工家庭与幼儿园家园合作的现状调查

A Survey of Family-Kindergarten Cooperation in Case of Migrating Families

本研究通过调查和访谈发现，目前幼儿园开展的家园合作活动存在一些普遍性的问题，如时间安排过于呆板、内容针对性不强、方式比较单一、延续性不足等。这些问题在很大程度上影响了家园合作的效果。幼儿园需要针对外来务工家庭及其学前儿童的特点，在合作的时间、内容、方式、计划、角色等方面进行一定的调整。

Through surveys and interviews, the researcher found that some prevailing problems exist in family-kindergarten cooperation activities made specially for migrating families, such as rigid schedule, too general contents, unvaried form, and inadequate constancy, ect. These problems considerably affect the effects of family-kindergarten cooperation. Consequently kindergarten should take in to consideration the characteristics of migrating family and the children and make adaptations in terms of time, content, form, plan and roles of the cooperation.
