从理论上分析了六次多项式作为凸轮机构从动件的运动规律的优点,与多项式运动规律相比,六次多项式没有一次多项式和二次多项式运动规律的刚性冲击和柔性冲击,具有五次多项式运动规律的优点;同时它可以通过调整参数使凸轮的受力情况或功率波动得到改善,这是比五次多项式运动规律优越的地方。
The advantages of theoretical analysis by using the sextic polynomial for the motion of cam-follower mechanism are presented.Compared to the motions in other polynomial models,in the sextic polynomial,there are not rigid impact in the linear equation and soft impact in the quadratic equation,respectively,but there is the advantage of the quintic polynomial.With the sextic polynomial model,the forces on the cam and power fluctuations can be improved by adjusting the parameter derived.
