摘要
在空间啮合理论基础上,合理选择斜平面二次包络环面蜗杆副标架,分析原始型斜平面二次包络环面蜗轮的曲面结构,运用MATLAB进行曲面构造,实现了蜗轮曲面的数字化模型;应用Pro/E三维实体造型软件进行斜平面二次包络环面蜗轮的实体仿真和运动仿真,并对仿真的结果做了进一步的分析和验证。
A coordinate system of tapered planar double-enveloping worm is selected reasonable.The curve surface structure of the basis tapered planar double-enveloping worm gear is analyzed.The curve surfaces is constructed by using MATLAB and numerical model is built.The solid model and motion simulation of tapered planar double-enveloping worm gear are carried out by the 3D solid modeling software of Pro/E and the simulation result is analyzed and verified futher.
