摘要 介绍了皮带流量守恒定律,根据此定律论证了皮带松紧边拉力差导致速度差这一结论。在不考率轴承摩擦、空气阻力、弯曲阻抗等损失的前提下,推导了皮带传动滑移率及效率的计算公式,并结合实例验证。根据结论,在已知皮带带型和有效拉力的情况下,可不用实验测试直接利用推导公式计算滑移率和效率。研究具有非常重要的工程意义。 The flow conservation law of belt drive is introduced and the conclusion that the tension difference between the tighten belt and the looser leads to speed difference is proved.The formulas of the slippage rate and the efficiency under the promise of the bearing frictions,air resistance,bending resistance are ignored is deduced and verified with an example.According to the conclusion,the slippage rate and the efficiency can be calculated directly without experiment while the type of V-belt and effective tension are known.The research is practical and useful.
