摘要
在Solidworks软件中建立齿轮箱系统的三维实体模型。综合考虑轴、齿轮、轴承、箱体等多种振动的影响,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对整个齿轮箱系统进行耦合振动有限元模态分析,计算系统的固有频率、振型,为后继齿轮箱系统动态响应分析提供理论依据,并为齿轮箱系统故障诊断提供理论支持。
Using Solidworks,a 3-dimensional solid model of the gearbox system is built.Synthetically considered the vibration influence of the rotor,gears,bearing and box, the gear case system is simulated by using the ANSYS.The natural frequency and the vibration mode are achieved.Through the analysis on the mode,the theory basis to the dynamic response and theory support for the fault diagnosis of the gearbox system are provided.
