摘要
工件翻转装置是自动化生产线的重要组成部分,其设计的好坏直接影响整个自动化生产线的工作水平。讨论了刚性自动化生产线工件翻转装置的机械结构,利用齿轮齿条传动结合液压传动系统可实现工件的翻转;对工件翻转装置的液压传动系统进行了设计,分析了液压传动系统的工作原理。结果表明,利用液压传动系统控制机械装置的运动,并与可编程控制器和计算机控制等结合,可以很好地实现工件的翻转。设计的液压翻转装置具有结构简单、惯性小,以及易于控制等优点,在自动化生产中具有广阔的应用前景。
Workpiece turnover device is an important part of automatic production line,design quality is directly influence on the level of automatic production line.Mechanical structure of workpiece turnover device for stiffness automatic production line is discussed.By use of the gear-rack transmission combining hydraulic transmission system,the workpiece turnover is achieved.Hydraulic transmission system of the workpied turnover device is designed,its working principle is analyzed.The results show that workpiece turnover is achieved well by using hydraulic transmission system controlling the motion of mechanical device and combining PLC and computer control.The hydraulic turnover device has the characters of simple structure,low inertia and control easily.It has wide application prospect in automatic production.
