摘要
在分析厚煤层综放工作面煤损的基础上,应用了错层位巷道布置系统的理论,研究了提高近水平厚煤层综放回采率的技术。以山西西山镇城底矿8号煤层为分析对象,得出了取消20m区段煤柱可提高回采率19.84%的结论,通过采用带接煤器的工作面中部溜槽和井下选矸装置辅助设施,提高回采率到20%。研究结论表明,应用错层位巷道布置采煤法可显著提高近水平厚煤层的综放回采率,具有广泛的推广应用价值。
On the basis of analyzing coal loss in fully mechanized caving face of thick steam,this paper discusses the technology for increasing the recovery rate of fully mechanized caving mining in flat seam,utilizing theories of roadway layout in stagger arrangement system.By the analysis of the characteristics of 8# coal seam of ZHENCHENGDI mine in Shanxi Coking Coal Group,it is concluded that cancelling 20 m section of coal pillar can improve recovery rate by 19.84%,and adopting the middle chute with meeting coal equipments and underground support facilities with electing gangue function can improve recovery rate by about 20%.The result shows that recovery rate of fully mechanized caving mining is significantly increased for flat thick coal seam using roadway layout of stagger arrangement.The technology has a high value for applications.
