新组建师专师资建设中存在的问题及对策

新组建师专尤其是那些由中师合并升格的师专,在学校组建初期,师资建设方面存在着师范类教师偏多,非师范类教师偏少;理论课教师偏多,"双师型"教师偏少;勉强完成教学任务的一般教师偏多,能够胜任某种专业或学科带头人的教师偏少等现象。我国现有师专师资队伍建设应从教师人才观、教师制度建设、学校环境创设和管理服务等方面,创新教师人才的培养使用机制,提升师专教育教学质量。
