新组建师专师资建设中存在的问题及对策

摘要 新组建师专尤其是那些由中师合并升格的师专,在学校组建初期,师资建设方面存在着师范类教师偏多,非师范类教师偏少;理论课教师偏多,"双师型"教师偏少;勉强完成教学任务的一般教师偏多,能够胜任某种专业或学科带头人的教师偏少等现象。我国现有师专师资队伍建设应从教师人才观、教师制度建设、学校环境创设和管理服务等方面,创新教师人才的培养使用机制,提升师专教育教学质量。 Teachers,especially those newly formed Normal School Teachers for the upgrading of the main merger,the early formation of teachers in the school building there are teachers in Normal ones,too few non-normal categories of teachers;Theory Teachers ones,"Double"Teachers too few;forced teachers to complete the task of teaching the general ones,a competent professional or academic leaders of the teachers less than normal;administrative management of the high side,humane,professional management of the less than normal and so on.Teachers Teachers in our existing talent from teachers,teachers,system construction,school environment and other aspects of the creation and management services,personnel training teachers to use innovative mechanisms to improve the quality of education and teaching Teachers.
