摘要
本文从针对课程改革的特点出发,提出了新课程改革对教师的新角色期待,即教师要成为课程的制订者、课程的领导者和课程改革的中介者。而教师要担负起这一系列的新角色,构建起以学校为本位的教师发展新模式。
This paper gives analysis and summary on characteristics and trends of curriculum reform in new century,and then proposes the new role expectations on new curriculum reform for teachers,it means that the teachers to be the makers and leaders for curriculum,and the intermediaries for curriculum reform.If the teachers want to take from this series of new role,they have to "increase energy",and build up a new paradigm of teacher development with school-based.
