摘要
节能减排对我国经济和环境的协同发展具有十分重要的意义,电力工业减少碳排放的一个重要途径是发展新能源发电。风力发电是目前技术最成熟、发展潜力最大的新能源发电技术,对风电项目风险管理进行研究可以提高风电项目管理的科学性和系统性。结合全生命周期理论和风电项目的特点,通过将风电项目划分成投资规划、可行性研究、施工和运行四个阶段并对这四个阶段进行风险因素的识别以及分析,可以更加全面地对风电项目的风险进行管理,为风电项目的风险管理提供借鉴。
Energy saving has a great significance of the economic and environment coordinated development, a important way of reducing carbon emission of power industry is to development the new energy power generation. Wind farm generation is the most mature technology in the new energy power generation, it has great potential. To manage the wind power project risk can improve the scientific and systematic of the power project management. Combined the life cycle theory and the characteristics of wind pow- er projects, the project can be divided into investment planning, feasibility studies, construction and operation four stages. Through the identification of the risk factors of the four stage, it can be fully manage the wind power project. It is also provide a reference.
