大学生社会实践的实效性和发展路径研究

The Effectiveness and the Development Path of College Students Social Practice

社会实践是大学生受教育、长才干、作贡献的有效载体,是加强和改进高校思想政治教育的重要途径。我国大学生社会实践实效性的积极方面主要是为经济建设营造良好氛围提供了有益的支持,提升了学校的教育质量和效果,提高了学生的专业水平和知识结构,提升了学生的思想道德水平和职业精神等。存在的问题和局限有:和学校教学环节脱节,缺乏完整的项目管理体系和运行机制,缺乏对社会实践重要性的认识。大学生社会实践应遵循专业性原则、广泛参与原则、具体对待原则和与大学生成才就业相结合的原则,增强大学生社会实践的实效性应该建立和大学生专业特点相配套的社会实践基地,把大学生社会实践作为项目来管理,纳入到学校实践教学的体系中,并建立大学生社会实践的长效机制。

Social practice is the effective carrier to educate the students and strenthen their abilities and is an important way to enhance and improve ideological and political education. The positive aspects of the college student social practice are： creating a good atmosphere for major economic development, providing useful support to improve the quality and effectiveness of school education, strengthening the professional level and knowledge structure and improving the ideological and moral standards. The problems divorced from education are the lack of the full project management system and operation mechanism, lack of the under- standing of the social practice. Social practice should follow the principles of profession, broad participation, specific treatment and combination with the employment. The enhanced effectiveness of social practice should establish the professional base of so- cial practice combined with the characteristics of students ,treat social practice as a project of management, integrate it into the school system of teaching practice, and establish a long-term mechanism of social practice.
