大学生公民意识教育的紧迫性与高校思想品德课的改革

我国现代政治文明的构建、各种社会矛盾的解决,既有赖于健全公正的社会制度,也取决于公民素质的发展,而加强大学生的公民意识教育则是必不可少的基础和时代的迫切呼唤。然而,作为大学生公民意识教育主渠道的《思想道德修养和法律基础》课程却由于自身的缺陷,而难以有效地发挥其公民意识培育的功能。因此,本课程只有主动自觉地回应时代呼唤,以现代公民素质教育为立意,积极推进课程改革与创新,才能生成强大的公民素质教育功能,达成大学生公民意识教育之目的。

Chinese modern political civilization construction, various kinds of social contradictions depend on the solution of the system of social justice, and the more is the civic diathesis development. To strengthen college students＇education of civic consciousness is urgent. However, as the main channel of the education of civic consciousness, ＂The Ideological and Moral Cultivation and the Basic Legal＂ course cannot effectively exert its function of civic consciousness cultivation due to its defects. Therefore, this course shall be in response to the time, take modem citizen quality education as the conception and actively promote the curriculum reform and innovation, so as to generate strong civic diathesis education function and achieve the purpose of college education of civic consciousness
